My key fob alerted with low battery. I went in at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday and the quickly replaced the fob battery for only $10 I have always had a good experience with the service department

I came in to get get my truck serviced was told some unfortunate news but was told that they had my back when it came to helping me out. They really stuck to it, I went from a 2012 Titan into a 2018 Armada. Deal was too good to pass up so my husband and I decided we needed to do what was best for our family. While traveling from Texas to Lake Tahoe we began having car trouble in Carson City. We called the Nissan dealership and spoke with Tim Buxton. We were able to drive our car to the dealership and leave it with them right at closing time. He even helped us by calling Enterprise so we could get a rental that evening. I’m so thankful he had mercy on two weary travelers! Tim was so awesome and was able to get our car repaired by noon the next day! Thanks, Tim, for your exceptional customer service!
