I highly recommend Nissan Carson City for your next car purchase. Owner Chris Russell leads an amazing team, all of whom worked together to make our buying experience the best I've ever had. One of the sure signs you've come across a top notch organization is the attention they give to little things others skip over. I knew I had found such a family when I used their restroom and the automatic towel dispenser gave me a home quality full size paper towel, thick and generous enough to dry my soaking wet hands in one go. Little things like that speak volumes about an organization, but much more than that will bring me back. Sales manager Ron Waddell, his wife who handles Registration, and Tito Paiz in Finance were all extremely professional in their approach, giving me confidence my out of state purchase was in good hands. The real joy, though, came from two Sales associates. Both Noah Segrest, with whom we worked the most, and Charles Patterson went above and beyond to quickly handle any questions and concerns I had. Numerous photos and videos were rapidly supplied in response to my questions and Noah even worked with their excellent service team to quickly adjust the steering after I noticed it was a bit off in one of the videos. With their help I felt confident in making the 250 mile drive to close the deal. All of the others, including Chris, came by while we were handling the paperwork with Noah to introduce themselves and help make the experience as smooth as I ever could have expected. And here's the thing. Ours was not a huge purchase, just an older vehicle we're going to use for camping, but they treated us the same as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. We will surely go back if they can meet our needs on another vehicle, and I recommend you give this outstanding group a chance at your business!

Harley was an honest, easy going person to deal with and Ron, the manager was also an excellent person to deal with. They were more transparent about pricing and deals than any other dealership we had experience with. We would highly recommend this Nissan dealership for anyone in the market.

I brought my car down for a diagnostic issue and found that my transmission was broken but they helped me find an alternative option. Charles worked extremely hard to help me find another car within my financial situation and worked hard to get me financed and out the door with another car.
