Coming into Nissan Carson City we were just looking at the options of cars that we were potentially interested in because we needed a fuel-efficient car to get around better, plus gas prices are skyrocketing. We were greeted by Aerys which we had worked with at a previous employment of his, and he first showed us a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder. I liked the car because it was a SUV size with a third row but couldn't get that due to credit score. So, after a lot of deliberation and different vehicles Aerys suggested a Nissan Rogue which wasn't a SUV but it was a nice car, drives awesome, and very fuel-efficient. The process of signing was a lot of waiting; it was my first time buying a car from a dealership, so I didn't know a lot of the things that go into buying a car. Then there was a waiting process so that the car can get checked out, because it was a trade it, but finally got my car 2 days later and took it home and on a short drive and was so happy with it. Thinking about it I might want to come in again to trade for a different color but same vehicle just a little newer. But otherwise, I'm glad and happy about the choice I made, with some help from my husband and Aerys.

Like to shoutout Carlos!! He did such a great job walking me through the whole process and making sure I understood everything that I was doing. Thank you for making it seem less and easy.

I went in to look at/test drive a Nissan Rogue Rock Creek, looking for a specific color. I was greeted by salesman, Carlos Escobedo, who my aunt had highly recommended. She bought a Rogue from Carlos a few years ago, and he treated her so well and has assisted her with questions on her vehicle ever since! Carlos was the kindest and most thoughtful salesman I have ever had the good fortune to do business with. He answered all of my questions, provided info and went for a test drive with us. I cannot say enough to describe the Fun & Stellar service he provided. Then, we met Ron, the sales manager. Ron was also very hospitable, fun, and offered service beyond compare. Then, there was Corrie... HOORAH! He was so much fun, checking in on us sharing his great sense of humor and assistance. Last, but certainly NOT least Tito, "The Finance Guy." We laughed and chatted the entire time with him! He was delightful and made sure we understood everything. Tito too, offered to assist us with any questions or need we had with our vehicle. I have two reviews of my awesome experience. I came into Carson City Nissan on May 16 with just the intention of looking at certified pre-owned or used vehicles. I did not have any money to put down and my current vehicle needed a new transmission, so I was not sure how much I could get on a trade-in. When I arrived we were greeted at the door and introduced to Carlos. He asked what I was looking for and what I felt comfortable paying monthly. He really listened and kept in mind the information I gave him. He showed me two cars, a pre-owned 2024 Nissan Sentra SR and a 2026 Nissan Sentra SV. I automatically figured I would probably end up with 2024 thinking a brand new car is out of my reach. When I tell you the team there went to work on getting me the best deal possible on the 2026 Sentra, I was absolutely stunned. I never expected everyone doing so much to help me get this vehicle, it was the best experience ever. Thank you Carlos, Corrie, Ron and Yonny for all your help in getting me into my brand new car. 5/30 While helping my daughter with getting a car and during my search I submitted a request that went to Carson City Nissan. I was contacted by Aerys and I let him know that my daughter was looking for an SUV, possibly a Rogue or Kick, some information on her current vehicle, what her price range was and her most important request…for it not to be white. We made an appointment and he greeted us at the door. Aerys did his best to try and stay in her price range while trying to find something she would be happy with that wasn’t white lol. I love cars. I love trucks. In the last 7 years I’ve bought and sold 4 of them. Three purchases were made from either a national chain or the local dealership where they say they “Treat you like family”. That was not true in my case. While I love vehicles, I don’t like the process of buying and selling them… until I went to Nissan Carson City in Carson City, Nevada. I didn’t have the best experience purchasing my cars in Reno so I decided it was time to drive about a half hour South and go to Carson City. I heard good things about the dealerships there. I was looking for a compact 4WD pickup truck and read good things about the 3rd generation Nissan Frontier. It was raining that day so I had planned to take a quick look without engaging in a sales conversation. I’m always wary of being met by a junior associate before I get to the front door. They are sent out to size up the customer before passing you off to the “real salesman”. This was not the case at Nissan Carson City. I was warmly greeted at the door by Carlos, a top Sales Associate, with a quiet demeanor and a warm handshake. It kind of threw me off guard but in a good way. Here was someone I felt comfortable with and told him what I was looking for. He offered to bring a top of the line 2026 Frontier Pro-4X out of the rain and into the Service Department entrance to look at the truck in better conditions. After going over some of the features I was offered to take a test drive. This was not in my plan for this first meeting but I agreed to take the truck out for a spin. We not only continued to discuss the trucks features, but also about the dealership and the future relationship between the customer and the dealer. We took a 2nd Frontier out to experience the difference between 2 different trim levels too. Now I’m really enjoying my dealership experience. I had other errands to attend to so I took a business card and left that day. No pressure to sit down and talk terms. Just another handshake and a hope I would return again. The weather cleared a few days later so I drove back down to Carson City to narrow my focus on a specific model and color. Carlos was off that day so I was greeted by Harley. I told him of my last visit and said I was already being assisted by Carlos. He asked me how he could help and took me to a back lot to look at a nice inventory of trucks in a variety of colors to choose from. I asked if we could open one up to answer some additional questions. We walked back to the office to get a key when Harley was greeted by another customer who had come to see him. He apologized and found another Sales Associate to help me. Aeyrs was asked to step up and take me back to the truck, start it up, and pull it out of the line for inspection. This was not just your average dealership. This was a team sales environment. I decided to take a 3rd test drive that week with absolutely no pressure to purchase. I told Aerys to pass on some information to Carlos. I left the dealership knowing that I found the right place to do business. Carlos contacted me and we agreed to meet and discuss terms. This is the part of the process I dislike the most. I don’t negotiate for a living so I always feel at a disadvantage in these situations. I was presented a price that was higher than expected but we had a good discussion of different options. Corrie, an Associate Sales Manager, came into Carlos’ office to meet me and offer any assistance. Once again, no pressure whatsoever. We came to a tentative agreement but I still wanted to take time to consider if I wanted to go forward. I left again and went home to evaluate the offer and take a hard look at the numbers. I reached out to Carlos with my counter-offer and the reasons behind it. I heard back from him with a more reasonable price we could both live with. I said I would be back down in a couple of days to complete the transaction. The actual purchase with Ronnie the Sales Manager, Tito the Finance Manager, and with Detailing was simple, easy, and under 2 hours. It's was a 5+ star experience to say the least.
